Maxpedition introduces an exclusive new collection of morale patches made from PVC that cannot be found anywhere else. These patches feature original artwork and unique designs for those who value individuality. They are designed to personalize your gear, with a hook back that attaches to the loop lining of your Maxpedition bag, or can be sewn onto other items without causing damage to the backing. Maxpedition PVC morale patches are a way to add personality and make a statement. Our bags are finished with a triple coat of polyurethane for water resistance, as well as a final coat of DuPont Teflon Fabric Protector to repel the elements. We only use the highest quality components and designs. We exclusively use complete YKK zippers and slides, unlike our competitors who use generic zippers with YKK slides. Our bags also feature military grade nylon webbing for straps, handles, and modular attachment points, along with genuine Duraflex buckles and hardware for added strength and functionality. We start with large, unseamed panels of 1000 Denier Nylon, and reinforce each stress point with composite thread for durability. There are no unnecessary seams or polyester parts used in our products. Each patch measures 1-inch (L) x 1-inch (H) x 0.079-inch (W) and is made from PVC rubber. Additionally, it includes an extra loop field lined sheet, which can be used for sewing onto clothes or protecting the hook back when not in use.
