1. PREP: Place the tent or item on a flat, protected surface.
2. WASH: Begin by cleaning the gear with Nikwax Tent & Gear SolarWash. Evenly spray SolarWash on the outside fabric, applying in sections for large items. Rub it in with a cloth and then rinse. Do NOT use household cleaners, as they can compromise the waterproofing and solarproofing treatment.
3. WATERPROOF: Shake Tent & Gear SolarProof well and spray it evenly on the outside fabric. Again, apply in sections for large items. Do NOT mix SolarWash and SolarProof together at the same time.
4. WIPE AND AIR DRY: After a few minutes, wipe off any excess product evenly across the surface. Allow it to air dry completely before storing.
